All Domex sleeping bags are covered by a comprehensive 5-year warranty.

Please note: we highly recommend sending your warranty item to us via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you will need to upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier. If you do choose to send via post, please expect the processing of your warranty claim to take an additional 2 weeks.

We trust our tents, as such they are warranted for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault or material failing, please get in touch to discuss a replacement, repair or refund. Service under this warranty is available by returning the tent to the point of purchase with proof of purchase.

If your tent accidentally gets damaged on a mission it can still pay to reach out to us, as we may be able to provide a simple and affordable solution. We want your gear to go the distance!

What's not covered?

• Normal wear and tear 
• Using the tent for commercial purposes 
• The natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components
• Modifications or alterations 
• Misuse or damage caused by accident, storm or wind damage, extreme weather, mildew, condensation, neglect, incorrect set-up, damage from animals, insects or children, UV degradation
• Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, improper storage, negligence, accident, or damage as a result of the use of the product for which it was not designed.

Domex is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or other types of damages arising out of, or resulting from the use of this product. The warranty is available to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover second-hand ownership or tents used for hire or commercial purposes. Warranty will be deemed void if the product is used for anything other than what the product was designed for.

To assess your warranty claim we may need to see the actual product, which will need to be clean and free from debris to evaluate the damage.

This warranty does not limit your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation.
