Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Our delivery timeframes and guarantees are conservative estimates based on the dates provided by our courier partners and are accurate 99% of the time. However, unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

*Order by 1pm, 13 December, for guaranteed Christmas delivery. These dates are based on courier guidelines. Orders placed after this date will still be dispatched until 2pm, 20 December 2024, and may still arrive in time for Christmas.

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Domex will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included and/or contact details and order number.

Please note: returns MUST be sent via courier. Due to a
change in NZ Post processes, any returns sent to our address via their standard
tracked service will be returned to sender. Upgrading to a courier service is
required.
