Promoter:

The promoters of this giveaway are Domex NZ and Ledlenser NZ

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Domex NZ and Ledlenser NZ, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Entry:
To enter, participants must enter a valid email address to the mailing list of Domex NZ, Ledlenser NZ, or both. Entries must be received before Wednesday, 14 May 2025. Only one entry per email sign-up unless participants sign up to both mailing lists, in which case they will receive two entries.

Prize:
The prize is 1x Domex Thermalayer long sleeve 1x Domex Thermalayer leggings 1x Ledlender ML4 Lantern 1x Ledlenser HF4R Core headlamp. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random and announced on 14 May 2025 via our social media channels. We will contact the winner directly via email in the first instance. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Delivery:
The prize will be delivered to a New Zealand address only. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during delivery.

General:
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta. By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility.

Privacy:
Personal information provided will be used for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
